Small Partnership – is a private legal entity with limited civil liability – a company, all members of which are natural persons. Small Partnership can have a maximum of 10 members

Small Partnership is a popular form of business among small or start-up entrepreneurs

There is no requirement for Small Partnership to form the authorized capital, and the founders can decide for themselves how much money they will invest for the start-up of Small Partnership. In order to expand Small Partnership’s activities or attract new investments, it can be transformed into LTD (private limited company).

• Small Partnership does not have to have a manager, only a representative of the Small Partnership who has the right to represent and act on behalf of the Small Partnership can be appointed
• The founder (member) of the Small Partnershipmay not have an employment relationship with the Small Partnership, as well as enter into civil agreements with the Small Partnership regarding the provision of services to the Small Partnership or the performance of works, except for the civil (service) agreement concluded with the Small Partnership executive.
• If an executive is appointed to the Small Partnership, a civil (service contract) will be concluded with him instead of an employment contract.

Procedure for establishing Small Partnership online:

1. Small Partnership name is reserved
2. The founding documents of the Small Partnership are filled in the self-service system of the State Enterprise Center of Registers
3. The self-service system of the State Enterprise Center of Registers obtains the consent of the owner of the premises to provide premises to the Small Partnership office. For an additional fee of € 60, we provide a legal entity registration address for an indefinite period
4. An application for the Small Partnership registration is submitted in the self-service system of the State Enterprise Center of Registers
5. Ordered and produced the Small Partnership’s stamp (at the customer’s request)
6. The JADIS system contains the data of the Small Partnership members
