The Association –  is a public legal entity with limited civil liability, the purpose of which is to coordinate the activities of the members of the Association and to represent and defend the interests of the members of the Association. Associations are set up to bring together individuals or companies with common interests or similar activities (e.g. associations of amateur sports, fishermen or watchmakers)

The founders of the association must be at least 3 natural and/or legal persons

After receiving the status of a beneficiary, the Association is entitled to receive 2% support from personal income tax

Term:
The association is registered within 3-5 working days
Beneficiary status is granted within 9 working days

Establishment of the association online from 270 Eur
Establishment of the association in a notary’s office from 305 Eur

Additional rates:
+ € 200 if the founder is a foreign legal entity
+ € 100 if the founder is a foreign natural person

Please note that when establishing the Association online:

• The establishment through the Internet is carried out by connecting to the self-service system of the State Enterprise Center of Registers. The founder (s) and the owner (s) of the premises must have an electronic certified signature
• The Statues of the Association will be model, it will not be possible to set restrictions on the activities of the management bodies for certain transactions, additional structures of the management bodies and other provisions.

The procedure of establishing an association through the Internet:

1. The reservation of name of the Association
2. The founding documents of the Association are filled in the self-service system of the State Enterprise Center of Registers
3. In the self-service system of the State Enterprise Center of Registers, the consent of the owner of the premises to provide premises to the seat of the Association is obtained. For an additional fee of € 60, we provide a legal entity registration address for an indefinite period
4. An application for registration of the Association is submitted in the self-service system of the State Enterprise Center of Registers
5. Ordered and manufactured Association stamp (at the customer’s request)
6. An application for granting the status of a beneficiary is submitted to the State Enterprise Center of Registers (at the client’s request)

Advantages of establishing an association in a notary’s office:

• the founder (s) and the owner (s) of the premises are not required to have an electronic certified signature
• The Statutes of the Association may establish restrictions on the activities of the management bodies for certain transactions, the additional structure of the management bodies and other provisions.

Procedure for establishing an Association in a notary’s office:

1. The reservation of name of the Association 
2. The founding documents of the Association are being prepared
3. The consent of the owner of the premises to provide the premises to the office of the Association is obtained. For an additional fee of € 60, we provide a legal entity registration address for an indefinite period
4. The notary certifies the founding documents of the Association
5. The association is registered in the State Enterprise Center of Registers
6. Ordered and manufactured Association stamp (at the customer’s request)
7. An application for granting the status of a beneficiary is submitted to the State Enterprise Center of Registers (at the client’s request)
