The change of the company name is carried out together with the change of the company’s articles of association (regulations).

We temporarily add the new name to the Register of Legal Entities (reserve it), announce the change of the name to the public, prepare the necessary decisions and certificates.

Changing the company name online is performed by connecting to the self-service system of the State Enterprise Center of Registers. You must have an electronic certified signature upon arrival at our office or you can give us a separate authorisation to connect to the self-service system of the State Enterprise Center of Registers.

Please note that when changing your company name online:

• the company’s articles of association (regulations) will be exemplary, the articles of association (regulations) will not include the procedure for issuing power of attorney, nor may it impose restrictions on the activities of the board or manager for certain transactions.

• the executive is not required to have an electronic certified signature or to authorise connections to the self-service system of the State Enterprise Center of Registers;
