The Public Institution – is a non-profit public legal entity with limited civil liability, the purpose of which is to satisfy the public interest through education, training and scientific, cultural, health care, environmental protection, sports development, social or legal assistance, as well as other public use activities.

The profit received by the Public Institution may be used only for the achievement of the operational objectives specified in the articles of association of the Public Institution. The profit of the Public Institution may not be allocated to shareholders, members of public body bodies, employee bonuses.

After receiving the status of a beneficiary, the Public Institution is entitled to receive 2% support from the personal income tax.

Term: The Public Institution is established within 3-5 working days.

• Establishment online is performed by connecting to the self-service system of the State Enterprise Center of Registers. The founder (s) and the owner (s) of the premises must have an electronic certified signature;
• The Articles of Association of the Public Institution will be exemplary, it will not be possible to set restrictions on the activities of the Board or the Manager for certain transactions and other additional provisions.

Procedure for establishing a Public Institution online:

• the name of the Public Institution is reserved;
• In the self-service system of the State Enterprise Center of Registers, the founding documents of the Public Institution are filled in;
• The self-service system of the State Enterprise Center of Registers obtains the consent of the owner of the premises to provide premises to the seat of the Public Institution. For an additional fee of € 60, we provide a legal entity registration address for an unlimited period of time;
• An application for registration of a Public Institution is submitted in the self-service system of the State Enterprise Center of Registers;
• the stamp of the Public Institution is ordered and produced (at the customer’s request);
• the data of public joint owners are submitted to the JADIS system;
• An application for granting the status of a beneficiary is submitted to the State Enterprise Center of Registers (at the request of the client).

• the name of the Public Institution is reserved;
• preparation documents of the Public Institution are prepared;
• the consent of the owner of the premises to provide the premises to the registered office of the Public Institution is obtained. For an additional fee of € 60, we provide a legal entity registration address for an unlimited period of time;
• the notary certifies the founding documents of the Public Institution;
• The Public Institution is registered in the State Enterprise Register Center;
• the stamp of the Public Institution is ordered and produced (at the customer’s request);
